Ford Fiesta

Currently in its 6^th generation the Ford Fiesta is designed to meet the demand from consumers for ever more fuel efficient vehicles. Sold in both 4 door and 3 door hatchback versions the Fiesta the vehicle was featured in the British vehicle television program Top Gear where it was used to demonstrate how maneuverable and well built it is.

The Ford Fiesta started production in 1976 and has sold over 16 million units. With 6^th generations under its belt and the 7^th being released in 2017 it is one of the longest running passenger cars that Ford produces. Known as a supermini sized vehicle it is very fuel efficient car.  New body editions were released in 2002 that helped greatly update the vehicle’s look and included more powerful motors and options for customized styling.

Ford Escort

The Ford Escort has been through 3 generations of models. The first generation was from 1981 to 1990. The second generation was from 1991 to 1996 and the third generation was from 1997 to 2002. As Ford’s first front wheel drive vehicle it was designed to be Ford’s compact car to compete with other small family cars.

The second generation of the Fusion offered various fuel and engine options including plug-in hybrid, EcoBoost, next generation non-plug in hybrid, and the standard gasoline engine. In 2012 the whole line of Fusions received the “2013 Green Car of the Year” award at the Los Angeles Auto Show.

Ford Taurus

The Taurus is one of the longer running nameplates in the Ford line having 7 generations of vehicles that span 1986 all the way into today. As Ford’s full-size car option it has been in near uninterrupted production for over 20 years. The most recent domestic incarnation of the Taurus began in 2010 made changes and set precedents. It was the first time there was an official Ford replacement for the iconic Crown Victoria. Also for 2010 the SHO (Super High Output) performance version of the Taurus was reintroduced.

The Ford Mustang is a rear wheel drive muscle car icon that started in April of 1964. It has been the working man’s performance and muscle car choice for decades and is currently in its 6^th generation.  For the 5^th and 6^th generations there has been a revival of classic styling which brought back the aggressive and iconic look for the Mustang. The 5^th generation started the retro-futurism look and the 6^th generation took it even further.  While the newer versions of the vehicle call back to a time of steel and heavier vehicles the new editions boast the same or higher power with much lighter motors, greater control, and advanced safety features.  Mustangs have been offered with a variety of engine options including V6’s and different sizes of V8’s. With additional options for super charging the Mustang is still known for being a formidable performance vehicle.

Crown Victoria

Having its start in 1992 the Crown Victoria it was produced until 2012. This full-sized rear wheel drive sedan is known for being the iconic vehicle associated with both police cruisers and taxi cabs. The vehicle also saw numerous sales to corporate fleets. This vehicle was both sold domestically and exported to various nations all over the world.
